Our Services

  • $600 (Up to 20 Hours)

    The Balance Plan is designed to help you stay on top of your daily operations with ease. This plan includes email and phone management to handle client communication professionally, scheduling and appointment reminders to keep your calendar running smoothly, and client follow-ups and check-ins to nurture your relationships and ensure satisfaction.

  • $875 (Up to 30 Hours)

    The Restore Plan builds on the Balance Plan, providing additional support to streamline your operations. Along with all services in the Balance Plan, this tier includes administrative concierge services, such as travel booking and vendor coordination, and intake forms and client onboarding, ensuring your clients feel welcomed and organized from the start.

  • $1,225 (Up to 40 Hours)

    The Flourish Plan offers comprehensive support to help your business thrive. It includes everything in the Balance and Restore Plans plus EHR management, ensuring secure and accurate handling of electronic health records, and one additional serviceof your choice, such as educational material creation or social media management, to address your specific business needs.

  • For clients with unique or specialized needs, the A La Carte option provides flexible, tailored support. Services will be quoted after a discovery call and may include additional pricing for specific tasks. Options include email and phone management, scheduling and calendar organization, social media management, EHR management, client onboarding and intake forms, educational material creation, administrative concierge services, and custom graphic design.
