I specialize in supporting social and wellness professionals, including mental health practitioners, small business owners, and nonprofits.
What are your hours?
I am available via email M-F 8:30am-4:30pm (EST) .
How do we communicate?
I am available via email, video calls, phone calls, or direct messaging.
Do you offer a trial period?
Yes, I offer a one-month trial for new clients to ensure a good fit. If you’d like a trial, please either let me know during our discovery call or send an email via our contact page. I’d be happy to set it up.
What’s your process for onboarding new clients?
We’ll start with a discovery call to discuss your needs. Once we agree on services, I’ll provide a contract and a start date.
Do you require a contract?
Yes, all projects include a signed agreement to ensure clear expectations.
What’s your payment policy?
Payment is due upfront for monthly retainers and a la carte tasks. If you need additional hours or tasks, they will be billed at $35 an hour.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I require 30 days’ notice for cancellations of monthly retainers and 14 days’ notice for a la carte tasks. This policy ensures I am able to meet all clients’ needs and have the ability to assist new clients if space allows.
